Instructors

  • Rahul Mishra

    MD, DO

    Dr. Rahul Mishra is board certified in anesthesiology and pain management. He completed his anesthesia training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX and continued his specialization in its prestigious pain fellowship program.
    Dr. Mishra earned a biomedical engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and went on to earn his medical degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine. His background in biomedical engineering and his holistic approach to medicine offer a unique perspective in the care of patients suffering from chronic pain.

    Dr. Mishra treats a wide variety of pain disorders and maintains a strong relationship with his patients. He participates with activities of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and American Society of Anesthesiologists while also maintaining an association with Texas Tech University as an adjunct clinical professor.

    Jeff M. Arthur

    MD, DABA, DABAPM
    Dr. Jeff M. Arthur, is an Expert Interventional Pain Management and Spine Care Specialist in Kingwood, TX. He received his medical training at Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, TX and Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, TX, including a fellowship in interventional pain medicine. He is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
  • Harold J. Cordner

    MD, DABA, FIPP, DABIPP
    Dr. Harold J. Cordner is board certified in anesthesiology and pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boston College and received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine.
    Dr. Cordner is a past president of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and a past president and emeritus board member of the Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He serves on the editorial board of Neuromodulation and Pain Physician journals. He has authored numerous textbook chapters and journal publications and is an associate clinical professor at FSU School of Medicine. He is active in clinical practice and research and is recognized as an international expert in interventional pain management.

The workshop fee is non-refundable. However, for applicants who cannot attend, Racz Lab will first offer a replacement seat at another Racz Lab event. Otherwise, a refund of the workshop fee will not be refunded.

In rare cases in which an applicant is not approved to attend the workshop, a 100% refund will be issued. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
