  • Ale Ismael Gonzalez Cazares

    MD, FIPP

    Dr. Ale Ismael Gonzalez Cazares, is a pain management specialist who has been practicing for eight years. He received his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the Juarez University of the State of Durango and a medical specialty in Anesthesiology from the University of Monterrey. He is a certified Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP) by the World Institute of Pain (WIP) since 2020.
    He is currently the Director of Pain Clinic Mexico and beginning in 2025 the President of Asociacion Mexicana para el Estudio y Tratamiento del Dolor (AMETD).

  • Stanley Golovac

    MD
    Dr. Stanley Golovac is a Florida-based pain management specialist with over three decades of experience in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from UTESA University, completed his residency at St. Mary Hospital in New Jersey, and trained in anesthesiology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.
    He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology and the Board of Pain Management and holds the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award for his contributions to medicine.
  • Karla Madrigal Renteria

    MD

    Dr. Karla Madrigal is an anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician specializing in pain therapy and palliative care. She earned her medical degree as a Medical Surgeon and Midwife from the University of Guadalajara (UDG) and completed her specialty training in Anesthesiology at the same institution. Her clinical expertise includes the management of fibromyalgia, low back pain, and headache disorders. She currently practices at Centro Médico Puerta de Hierro in Jalisco and serves as Secretary of the Asociación Mexicana para el Estudio y Tratamiento del Dolor (AMETD).

  • Bilena Margarita Arteta

    MD, MSc

    Dr. Bilena Margarita is an anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician specializing in interventional pain management and palliative care. She earned her MD from Universidad Metropolitana de Barranquilla, completed her training in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Palliative Care at Universidad El Bosque, and holds a Master’s degree in Epidemiology. She has over 17 years of experience in advanced interventional pain procedures and currently practices at Bimar Alta Complejidad en Dolor y Cuidados Paliativos S.A.S. She is a certified Fellow in Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP) by the World Institute of Pain, a faculty member at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, and currently serves as President of the Asociación Colombiana de Cuidados Paliativos (ACCP).

The workshop fee is non-refundable. However, for applicants who cannot attend, Racz Lab will first offer a replacement seat at another Racz Lab event. Otherwise, a refund of the workshop fee will not be refunded.

In rare cases in which an applicant is not approved to attend the workshop, a 100% refund will be issued. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
