We suggest that attendees check with the US Consulate of Diplomatic Mission in their home country for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the attendee to obtain a visa, if required. Please note that the US visa application and process can take up to several months, so please plan ahead.

We are unable to send letters directly to the US consulate. Invitation letters are prepared solely for the requesting individuals.
